Last updated: 05/15/2025

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use our services. We are committed to transparency, security and respect for your privacy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Brazil), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - European Union) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA - United States).

1. What data do we collect?

We only collect the data strictly necessary for the execution of our services:

  • E-mail: used as the main identifier for authentication and communication.
  • Additional personal data (when necessary): in specific cases, such as records intended for notary offices or formal records, we may request:

- Full name;
- CPF or CNPJ (only when required by law or by the registration process);
- Digital wallet: in situations related to blockchain registration, we request the wallet address to send the asset/NFT directly. This provision is optional and depends on your explicit consent.

2. Use of information

We use the data collected to:
  • Perform and validate registrations of files and digital assets;
  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations (such as notary or tax requirements);
  • Offer specific features such as sending NFTs or digital assets directly to your wallet;
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the registrations made.

3. Storage and security

All registered files are stored in protected environments, with access control, encryption, and practices aligned with international information security standards.

We undertake to keep the data stored only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Policy, except for legal obligations that require longer periods.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, except when:

  • There is a legal or regulatory requirement;
  • It is necessary to comply with notarial or legal obligations;
  • You give express consent to do so (as in the case of blockchain registration).

5. Your rights

Under applicable law, you have the following rights:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • Deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
  • Data portability, upon request;
  • Revocation of consent;
  • Objection to data processing based on legitimate interest.

You can exercise your rights by contacting our privacy team by email: contact@maxregister.com.

6. Consent

By using our services, you declare that you are aware of and agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, including with regard to the collection and use of your personal data under the terms described herein.

In cases where the provision of data is optional, such as in the use of blockchain wallets, your decision will always be respected.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Whenever there are relevant changes, we will notify you via the registered email or by posting a notice on our website.

We recommend that you review this Policy from time to time to stay informed about our privacy practices.
