Terms of Service – MaxRegistro
Last updated: May 15, 2025
Welcome to the
MaxRegistro platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern the relationship between you (the user) and MaxRegistro. We recommend reading them carefully before using any functionality.
1. Purpose
MaxRegistro is a digital platform that allows users to register files and digital assets through different means, including:
- Partner notaries (formal registration)
- Compatible blockchain networks
- Third-party systems (when applicable)
Each registration generates a
PDF certificate, and the originality of the file can be verified based on our internal database.
2. Target audience and eligibility
The service is available to
individuals and legal entities,
without age restrictions. By using the platform, the user declares that they are legally authorized to register content on their own behalf or on behalf of others, when applicable.
3. Data collection and usage
Use of MaxRegistro is subject to our
Privacy Policy, which details how your data is collected, used, and protected. In short, we collect only the data strictly necessary for providing the service (such as email, CPF/CNPJ, and wallet address when applicable).
4. Pricing and payment
Each registration is subject to an
individual charge based on the type and method selected. For example, if the same file is registered with both a notary and on a blockchain, it will be billed as two separate registrations.
Important:
No refunds are provided, as the registration process is irreversible and final in our system and/or with third parties.
5. File ownership
Full responsibility for files submitted for registration lies
exclusively with the user. MaxRegistro
does not hold any rights, control, or liability over the registered content, including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property, accuracy, or legality.
6. Validation and originality
- MaxRegistro does not curate, review, or judge the content of submitted files.
- Prior to payment, an originality check is performed: the system will indicate whether the file has been previously registered, and if so, show the copy number, or if it is an original registration.
7. Disclaimers
MaxRegistro:
- Does not guarantee that registrations outside of notary services (e.g., blockchain) have universal legal validity, and it is the user’s responsibility to validate its use in specific legal contexts;
- Is not responsible for any misuse, illegal content, or copyright violations of registered files;
- Does not approve or review content, it only processes and validates the technical integrity and originality of the files.
8. Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to
suspend or delete user accounts that:
- Violate any clause of these terms;
- Attempt to perform unauthorized access, infrastructure attacks, or malicious use of the platform;
- Upload files with content prohibited by law.
9. Changes to the terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. If there are significant changes, we will notify users via the platform or by email.
10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the
Federative Republic of Brazil, while also respecting principles established under international laws such as the
GDPR (European Union) and the
CCPA (California, USA). In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be located in
Aracaju/SE, Brazil, unless otherwise legally required.
